Animal Clips Grooming & Doggie Gym provides professional pet grooming services, including but not limited to:

  • Dental care
  • Doggie Gym exercise programs

Our services are provided at our facility located at 411 N Midland Dr, Midland, TX 79703. All services are subject to availability and appointment scheduling.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Be the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet
  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet
  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and any other party with an interest in the pet

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your pet's health, temperament, and vaccination status
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues that may affect the grooming process
  • Ensure your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice for cancellations
  • Pay for all services rendered at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
  • Treat our staff and other customers with respect
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or facilities:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To harass, abuse, or harm our staff, other customers, or their pets
  • To interfere with or disrupt our operations
  • In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our facilities or equipment

THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS FROM OUR GROOMING SERVICES. OUTCOMES MAY VARY BASED ON INDIVIDUAL PET CHARACTERISTICS AND OTHER FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIMAL CLIPS GROOMING & DOGGIE GYM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
